Vertical colloid mill

Working principle: The colloid mill is driven by an electric motor through a belt drive to drive the rotating teeth (or rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or stator) to rotate relative to each other at high speed. One of them rotates at high speed and the other is stationary. The processed material is pressurized by its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump) to generate a downward spiral impact force. When it passes through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth (the gap is adjustable), it is subjected to strong shear force, friction force, high-frequency vibration, high-speed vortex and other physical effects, so that the material is effectively emulsified, dispersed, homogenized and crushed, achieving the effect of ultra-fine crushing and emulsification of the material.
